JG RaSher Transport is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry June 11, 2010. Originally started  as a Taxi Business, but with difficulties in getting a Taxi Franchise we moved on to a School Bus Business. Since my children were also studying in Xavier School, we asked the School if there was an opportunity for us to do business and we were immediately granted accreditation.

The school bus business started with one(1) unit and we named the school bus "Makisig" as seen. The following year bought another unit and named in "Maliksi" because it was a bit shorter but more manuverable. The following year be bought an L300 as backup to support the growing number of students and schools that we needed to service.

But coming from a Direct Selling mindset my wife and thought that the current business practices being done needs to be changed. So used our Direct Selling knowledge to delight our customers and operate the business more efficiently. Our Employees were given benefits similar to what we received in the Companies worked for and provided them with the tools necessary for the business effectively such as company provided cellphone and months load. During summer breaks our loyal employees gets paid while on vacation. It is similar to regular employees enjoying a paid sick or vacation leave, but my drivers enjoys two(2) months paid leave. Which is why during school days they never go on vacation.

For our Customers we started extending Cash Advance facilities to students who in their busy schedule have forgotten to bring their lunch or needed ask cash from their parents to buy school materials or books from a book fair. Today we have more value added benefits to our customers like Special availments, Medical Emergency Trips and Tutorial Assistance.

Innovation is what drives JG RaSher to be the best School Service in the Country. We might not have the numbers but we do have the heart.
